This page is periodically updated when in our workhouses there is an used machine returned from a customer who has bought a new model. All used machines are totally controlled and revised to give a machine perfectly running, like a new one. Since however it’s used, its price is surely lower than a new machine, and you can do a business!

Transversal sheeter, four axles model, 1,200 mm width, built in year 2007, perfect conditions, practically ready to use. the sheeter is accomplished by an electric vibrator, a magnetic powder braking system, and a ream counter, already installed on the machine. The price is surely interesting.

FachPack 2009

Recently Cavalleri has participated at FachPack fair in Nurnberg, between the 29th of September and first of October, in strictly collaboration with our German distributor.
During the three days of exhibition the number of visitors was consistent, although the not so well period for the world economy, and on our stand some persons came, also for a simply visit of courtesy. This confirms the goodness of the Cavalleri’s name in the world converting market.
We’re sure that events like these can take Cavalleri and its sheeters to occupy the role that deserve in the world.

The machine function is to cut paper, plastic materials, aluminium of the following type at preset measurements from reels to sheets:

- PAPER (weight in grams from 10 to 250 gr/sq. m)

•    tissue paper
•    coupled (paper and cardboard)
•    sticker
•    for shopper (paper bags)
•    gift
•    filigreed
•    for offset printing
•    for package (for pastry shops, dry-cleaner, etc.)
•    siliconed
•    others

- PLASTIC MATERIALS (weight in grams from 25 to 200 µm)

•    polyethylene
•    p.v.c.
•    polypropylene (metallised and not)
•    polyester
•    celluloid
•    others

- ALUMINUM (weight in grams from 50 to 200 gr/sq. m)

The machine performs the following functions:

• unwinding the sheet to be cut with reel braking;

• preset size cut of the sheet using a turning blade and a fixed counterblade;

• accumulation of cut sheets in the picking and stacking area.

The machine has been designed for completely automatic use: after setting the desired cutting format, it automatically unwinds the reels of material to be cut and gathers the cut sheets in an Altapila stacker.

For models fitted with a photocell, an automatic device perform a continuous control of the cutting gauge and determines the automatic stop of the machine if the cutting occurs ten times beyond the set mark.

The set format value is displayed on the specific panel fitted on the electric board.
